Any time out of school is going to have an impact on a child’s learning and an extended break such as this, away from high quality teaching and resources, is bound to have an effect. We are keen to ensure that our children are able to continue their learning at home. We have collated a range or resources for every year group that can be accessed below (please click on the year group you require).
Our teachers have allocated daily tasks on Purple Mash for all children and the children have the opportunity to use the class blog to communicate with their friends and teachers. Children have access to tasks on MyMaths and books on Bug Club.
We have a whole school project 'My Community, My Identity, My Heritage' to be worked on over a period of time which children can bring into school when they return.
Below you will also find links to websites with plenty of educational games/activities and links to free downloadable/online resources that various companies have made available for parents during the school closures (please click on image or text).
We are understand that as well as our children's academic learning, their physical and mental well-being is equally as important. As a way to support this we have included a range of resources below.
